The claim you re-opened for us on July 9th 2013 from a partial payment received in August of 2012 was just settled. I wanted to thank you for re-opening the wind storm claim for our home here in Port St. Lucie. The $20,000 received today will allow us to replace the roof that was damaged during tropical storm Isaac.
