My condo flooded with icky sewer water after my washing machine broke pumping out water. I have worked with Stephen in the past. I had an underslab leak. It required eight pieces of drywall being cut out of my home. The plumbing needed to be rerouted. It was a nightmare. Citizens denied my claim entirely. But Stephen got them to pay me a settlement. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Recently I experienced a flood in my home due to my hot water heater. One of the flex hoses on top of the heater busted while I was at work. I came home to a water flooded home! I texted Stephen, he responded immediately. He sent Sacha over to inspect my home. We are still working this case out. After a storm did severe damage to my roof I filed a claim with my insurance company. I went back and forth with the adjuster for 3 months. They basically denied my claim. They offered to repair my roof using their crew for $1275. My deductible was $2500, so I would have to pay them to Band-Aid my roof. I contacted Stephen L. on a recommendation from a friend.
