I have worked with Stephen in the past. I had an underslab leak. It required eight pieces of drywall being cut out of my home. The plumbing needed to be rerouted. It was a nightmare. Citizens denied my claim entirely. But Stephen got them to pay me a settlement. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Recently I experienced a flood in my home due to my hot water heater. One of the flex hoses on top of the heater busted while I was at work. I came home to a water flooded home! After a storm did severe damage to my roof I filed a claim with my insurance company. I went back and forth with the adjuster for 3 months. They basically denied my claim.
